When it comes to our wreaths, we have a couple of great options for you! We craft them using either an 18” (which we call Large) or a 24”(referred to as X-Large) grapevine wreath frame. Each wreath is a little unique and has specific measurements listed in its description.
Yes, indeed! All of our wreaths are lovingly crafted with faux fruit, florals, and greenery, unless we mention otherwise in the listing. From time to time, a wreath may feature a dried, natural element that will need a touch more care. For these special wreaths, be sure to refer to the specific listing.
Most certainly! Almost all our wreaths are designed for outdoor use, unless we mention otherwise in the product description. To keep them looking fresh, each wreath gets a spray of protective sealant to fend off mild weather conditions. However, if the skies are looking stormy, we highly recommend bringing your wreath indoors. It's best to avoid water, heavy moisture, or extreme heat (like being trapped between the front door and storm door, or hung in a poorly ventilated attic). A little tip to ensure your wreath's longevity: consider purchasing a simple UV spray from Amazon or Home Depot and giving your wreath a quick spray at the start of each season.
Our wreaths come pre-pampered! Each one is sprayed with a protective sealant to help it resist mild weather and extend its lifespan. We do recommend, however, bringing your wreath inside during harsh weather conditions. If well-cared for, your wreath can be a lasting decorative piece! When not in use, it's best to store your wreath in a space with controlled temperature and minimal exposure to heat or sunlight. It's important not to hang your wreath in a spot where it might be exposed to water, heavy moisture, or intense heat, like between two doors (front door and storm door). For that extra bit of TLC, you can use a UV protective spray (available at Amazon or Home Depot) at the beginning of each season to ensure your wreath stays vibrant for the longest time.

When we talk about "Processing", we're referring to the time it takes us to lovingly prepare your order for its journey to you. Usually, it's a quick 5 to 10 business days. However, during particularly busy periods, we may need a little longer since we make all products to order. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
For our friends in the United States: Your package should reach you within 4-10 business days.
While we always strive to get your package to you as soon as possible, we can't always promise exact shipping times. If you have a specific date in mind, feel free to reach out before making your purchase. Just a heads up, though, rush deliveries might carry an extra charge.
Remember, any customs or import taxes that might pop up are your responsibility. We wish we could control customs, but unfortunately, we can't, so we're not able to account for any delays these processes might cause.
At Tiffany's Wreath Co., we want you to love your purchase! While we can't offer exchanges or cancellations, you're welcome to return any product within 48 hours of receiving it if it doesn't bring you joy. We'll happily issue a full refund.
Given that all our items are handcrafted with love and due to the quick turnover of our seasonal collections, any return requests made after the initial 48-hour period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Just a note, some products might carry a restocking fee, and personalized items aren't eligible for returns. But don't worry, we'll always do our best to work things out!
